Most orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on the product, destination and freight carrier. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Large espresso machines and other commercial equipment may ship by freight. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment when required. Products from different manufacturers may arrive separately.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Refuse delivery if there is visible damage and notify Milano Espresso immediately. Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
